Care & Use

• Before first use, sterilise in boiling water for 5 minutes.
• Clean before each use by rinsing or sterilising.
• Replace every 4–8 weeks, depending on frequency of use.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat sources, or sterilising solutions.
